Plenty of organic coffee & tea provided in all apartments. And not just any coffee. Our coffee is provided by London's best coffee company - Grind. Grind’s top quality coffee machine, and compostable pods, partner for an exceptionally rich espresso.

All our apartments’ interiors are designed with high quality, natural materials, including polished terrazzo flooring with marble inlays and real oak wood floors that extend throughout the spacious bedroom and living areas.

All apartments include the latest Samsung 4K Ultra HD HDR Led TVs with Netflix, Amazon Prime, and all your other favourite platforms so you can kick-back and relax.

A direct Fibre Optic Line is installed for each apartment. Providing you with the fastest and most reliable connection, with up to 74mbps download speeds (that's a feature film downloaded in just one minute), so you'll never be kept waiting.

Fitted kitchens for maximum flexibility. With Corian work tops which have a low VOC content, four ring induction hobs, an oven, fridge with freezer compartment. Our kitchens also come kitted out with plant based, PFOA free pans and recycled glassware, with high quality products from brands including Dualit. Joseph Joseph and Grind. This is your space, and you are welcome to share it. All our apartments come with a table and chairs for four to six guests.

Bathrooms have large overhead rain showers and hand held showers. There are super soft bath towels and hand towels. Every bathroom will be complete with a selection of all-natural and organic shampoos, conditioners and shower gel.

Our European king-sized beds (160cm x 200cm) with supportive, pocket-sprung mattresses, and luxury toppers are designed for a superior nights sleep. Breathable 100% cotton sheets and Devon wool hypo-allergenic bedding, black out curtains and double glazed windows ensure that even in the heart of bustling London, you will sleep deeper and wake refreshed.

100% chemical free cleaning products are used throughout. Our apartments are cleaned thoroughly with natural and sustainable products. We use a unique water and salt-based solution called Aquama - which kills 99.9% of bacteria and is better for you, our staff and the environment. All our sheets and towels are cleaned with Ozone, a non-toxic cleaning product that does not harm the environment or release toxic substances into the environment you live in.

We weren’t kidding about reinventing hospitality. You’ll find no flimsy plastic teaspoons in our apartments. This is our ZERO promise: Zero single use plastic and Zero Waste to landfill.

Heating is controlled via a Nest digital thermostat. The apartments are also fitted with underfloor heating for London’s colder months. Tower fans are in the bedroom and living area.

All the paints used in the apartments are water-based, free from solvents and the low VOC which minimises toxins in the air. And with zero chemicals used in the cleaning of the apartments, as well as the cleaning of linen and towels, the air quality is exceptional.
